Helen has been a licensed Realtor since 2006 and earned her Broker designation in 2021. She started her career with Royal LePage, gaining deep industry knowledge and earning multiple certifications, including ABR®, SRS®, SRES®, and CNE®. Helen joined Chestnut Park Real Estate in 2016, drawn by its innovative marketing and global reach through Christie’s International Real Estate. Helen has attained both her Christie’s Luxury Marketing Specialist designation and is a Guild Elite member of the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing.

Helen’s passion for architecture and design, coupled with her expertise in luxury marketing, give her an advantage when preparing and promoting properties for sale. Her discerning eye guides buyers looking to buy a property, and as a Certified Negotiation Expert, she delivers outstanding results during offer negotiations whether her clients are buying or selling.

Outside of real estate, Helen enjoys an active life: riding the Peloton, walking her English Cream Golden Retrievers, hiking, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Helen strongly believes in giving back to the community and she supports a number of local charities including Campfire Circle, Daily Bread Food Bank, and WoodGreen.

Michelle brings over five years of experience to the real estate industry. She graduated from Queen’s University with an Honours Science degree, specializing in Geography. After graduation, she joined Tridel, the largest condominium builder in the Toronto area, as a customer service representative. In this role, she gained valuable insights into condominium construction and design, guiding purchasers through the entire process—from construction to occupancy—at various Tridel developments, including the Sherwood at Huntington.

Michelle’s passion for design enhances her ability to connect with clients and help them realize their visions. In addition to supporting Helen with client relations and listings, she has carved out a niche working with first-time buyers, offering a comprehensive approach to securing homes in today’s competitive market.

Known for her drive, Michelle embraces challenges through activities like running, fitness, basketball, and waterskiing, which further informs her commitment to delivering exceptional service in every real estate transaction.

Residing in Toronto’s east end, Michelle enjoys the local parks, restaurants, and music venues. Recently, she has been exploring the neighborhood on walks with her dog, Lewis. An avid reader, Michelle is always on the lookout for book recommendations and loves discussing the latest finds with her book club.
