Please remember to complete your Toronto Vacancy Tax declaration by February 29, 2024. All that is required is the Assessment Roll number and the Customer Number that can be found on the latest City of Toronto tax bill. If the property has been your principal residence or it has been occupied for a minimum of six months you are not required to pay this tax. See the link below for access to the declaration information and portal. Also make sure you you keep a copy of your declaration for you records in case there is a discrepancy.
