Helen Braithwraite - Sales Representative

There is no one size fits all approach when it comes to real estate…

Whether buying or selling, Helen’s personalized service that suits each individual client is unique. Helen listens to her clients’ needs and finds the right match while providing valuable design input and suggestions. Her tasteful aesthetic sense is an asset when preparing a home for sale and maximizing its potential on the market. Helen knows there is more to real estate than design. As a former investment researcher, she brings a comprehensive knowledge of finance to help clients find the ideal home within their budget. Her skill at evaluating properties ensures an educated decision is made in every transaction.

In her spare time Helen can be found walking her two Golden Retrievers, running or cycling. She has competed in multiple triathlons, half marathons and a few full marathons. One of her favourite events is the Muskoka Rocks 10K which raises funds for Camp Oochigeas, a camp that provides an active, outdoor experience for children with cancer.

“Helen sold our home in 8 days for 119% of asking price — that alone speaks for itself! We cannot thank them enough for all of their help and diligence in marketing our home for sale. We truly believe the value added Helen provided led to an extremely successful sale. It was a pleasure doing business with them.”
